October 10 Hearing in USA v. Youssef, 09-cr-000617-CAS

A hearing in USA v. Youssef, 09-cr-00617-CAS, has been scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 10, 2012, in Courtroom 890 of the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building and Courthouse, which is located at 255 E. Temple Street in downtown Los Angeles.

Unless a request for a closed hearing has been submitted by a party and approved by the presiding judge, a limited number of seats will be available in Courtroom 890 to those who are interested in viewing the proceeding.  Seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and there will be no special seating allotments or procedures for the media.  Please consult this website periodically for more information as it becomes available about the location of overflow seating.

All cell phones, cameras, laptops, PDAs, and other devices capable of the taking or making of photographs or video or sound recordings or for broadcasting will be collected at the entrance to the courtroom.
