CJA eVoucher System

The Central District of California has adopted a new system ("eVoucher") for the online submission of CJA vouchers and authorization requests. Already in use by the Ninth Circuit and many district courts, eVoucher will eventually be used by all federal courts in the country for the submission, processing, monitoring, management, and payment of CJA vouchers.  Beginning September 1, 2015, all CJA vouchers in Central District cases must be submitted through the eVoucher system.  Various resources to assist you in using eVoucher in the Central District are attached below.  Information about ordering transcripts in CJA cases, which must now be done through eVoucher, is available here.  The eVoucher system can be accessed at:
