Temporary Relocation of Criminal Duty Court

The criminal duty court in Los Angeles will be temporarily relocated to Courtroom 1 (Mezzanine Level) at the First Street Courthouse, 350 West 1^st Street, Los Angeles, California from Monday, December 11 through Friday, December 15, 2017. 

The cut-off time to place a defendant on the Los Angeles criminal duty calendar will remain at 1:00 p.m.  Documents for matters to be placed on the criminal duty calendar and posting of bonds must be submitted to the Customer Service Window on the 4^th floor at the First Street Courthouse.  All other criminal documents exempted from electronic filing shall continue to be submitted to Criminal Intake at the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 255 East Temple Street, Room 180, Los Angeles, California.
