Revised Court Forms Due to Redaction Requirements

In accordance with Local Rule 79-5.4, sensitive information should not be included in any document filed with the court unless such inclusion is necessary and relevant to the case.

Court forms are being revised accordingly, so that they no longer require personal and sensitive information.

The responsibility for redacting or placing under seal personal and sensitive information, rests solely with counsel and the parties. The Clerk will not review any pleadings or documents for compliance.
