Order of the Chief Judge re Temporary Assignment of Clerk of Court Duties

IN RE:

TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT OF CLERK OF COURT DUTIES TO KIRY K. GRAY

ORDER OF THE CHIEF JUDGE​

     WHEREAS Terry Nafisi will resign from her position as Clerk of Court and District Executive, effective at the close of business on June 30, 2015;

     WHEREAS Ms. Nafisi will be taking annual leave from June 18, 2015 through June 30, 2015;

     IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, with the consent of the Judges of the Court, that Kiry K. Gray, Deputy-in-Charge of the Eastern Division, shall perform, in addition to her present duties, such additional duties as are executed by the Clerk of Court, including managing the administrative activities of the Clerk’s Office and overseeing the performance of the statutory duties of the office. Said assignment and duties shall become effective on June 18, 2015 and continue until June 30, 2015.

     IT IS SO ORDERED.
