Amended Local Rules Effective June 1, 2019

The amended local rules listed below will become effective June 1, 2019. A redlined version of these rules, as well as complete copies of the Local Civil Rules and the Local Criminal Rules that will be effective June 1, 2019, are available on the Court’s website and accompany the electronic version of this Notice.

Local Civil Rule:

Local Criminal Rule:
•New L.Cr.R. 7-6

All proceedings in cases commenced on or after June 1, 2019, and, insofar as just and practicable, all proceedings then pending will be governed by these amended rules.
